i will not fear (part 2)

This morning as i read Psalm 27, i was reminded of the scene of the mother and son which i saw a few weeks ago and posted under 'I will not fear'. Especially verse 1:

The LORD is my light and my salvation—

whom shall I fear?

The LORD is the stronghold of my life—

of whom shall I be afraid?

My ahmi Ps Yp also shared this related reflection on Sunday:

"You know, the small kids (referring to her two young daughters Elsie and Anna) really trust their parents. They have no money with them at all. They simply entrust themselves into their parents' hands, following them wherever they go.

It makes me think: Am i like that? Am i entrusting myself to the Lord like that?"

My prayer: O Lord, One thing I ask of You, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in Your house all the days of my life, to gaze upon Your beauty and to seek You in Your temple. (Psalm 27:4)
